In order to manage your domain names, you need to search for them from within your Control Panel with Cool-Works Web & FOSS Solutions, and access their Order Details view. To do so, follow the simple steps mentioned below:

1. Login to your Control Panel:

   For Resellers: 1

   For Customers: 2

2. Next, click

   For Resellers: Products -> Search -> Domain Registration Search.

   For Customers: Domains -> Domain Registration -> Search.

3. Search for the Domain Name Orders.

   Note

   • To list all Orders, leave all search parameters blank and select the Within radio button and then select the Order Creation Date as All.

   • Resellers can search for all Orders belonging to their Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.

4. On the next page, you would see a list of all domain names with Domain Name Order bought through Cool-Works Web & FOSS Solutions. Click on any of the domain name to reach its Order Details view, from where you can perform any modifications to the Order.
